Tigers: Game 1 of 2

The Detroit Tigers pitchers were dominate in the first game of the day.  The Tigers defeated the Jays 5-1 this afternoon.

Dontrelle Willis went 4 innings, allowed 2 hits, 1 earned run and had 3 strikeouts.  Phil Coke, Joel Zumaya, Jose Valverde, Fu Te Ni, and Ryan Perry all went 1 inning each, allowing no runs.  

Offensively, Miguel Cabrera and Carlos Guillen both doubled and both added 2 RBI.  

The Tigers will take on the Nats tonight in Game 2 of the doubleheader.  Jeremy Bonderman will look to keep pace.
